Proposal & Quotation Acceptance Terms

About this quote — Prices are in {{ currency }} and exclude GST unless shown. This is a quotation, not a tax invoice. A tax invoice is issued once work is engaged. Questions: accounts@truenorthinnovations.com.au.

Validity

This quote is valid until the date shown on the quotation. If no date is shown, it is valid for 30 days from issue.

Acceptance wording

By accepting this quote or proposal, the Client confirms that it is authorised to enter into the Engagement and agrees to:

1. the quoted scope and price;
2. the applicable Service Schedule or plan;
3. the Terms & Conditions / Agency Services Terms;
4. the Privacy Policy;
5. the Refund & Cancellation Policy;
6. the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement where direct debit applies;
7. the Lead Data & Data Processing Addendum where TNI accesses lead/enquiry/campaign/CRM data; and
8. any special conditions stated in the quote.

Proposal footer

Unless stated otherwise:

1. prices are in Australian dollars;
2. GST is payable where applicable;
3. advertising spend and third-party costs are separate from TNI service fees;
4. recurring retainers have a six-month minimum term unless stated otherwise, and early cancellation during the minimum term may require payment of an early termination amount adjusted for costs TNI reasonably avoids;
5. after the minimum term, retainers continue month to month until cancelled in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy;
6. BECS Direct Debit payments are processed securely through Stripe where authorised;
7. digital marketing results are not guaranteed because they depend on third-party platforms, market conditions and client factors;
8. work starts only after acceptance, payment setup and required access are completed unless TNI agrees otherwise;
9. out-of-scope work may require a separate quote; and
10. the Client must provide timely access, content, approvals and accurate information.
